The slurry pump labyrinth sleeve is a non-contact dynamic sealing part mounted on the pump shaft between stuffing box and bearing housing, matched with the labyrinth structure of end cover. Equipped with multi-stage labyrinth grooves, it produces throttling effect through tortuous flow passages during shaft rotation to block slurry, sediment and sewage inward penetration. Together with lubricating grease, it forms a barrier to avoid grease leakage from the bearing cavity. Different from contact seals, it operates without rigid friction. It isolates slurry from the wet end and protects bearings against particle erosion. It is widely applied to horizontal slurry pumps including AH and ZJ series as a vital component for bearing protection.
