Slurry pump positioning sleeve is a universal wear-resistant shaft fitting for AH, ZJ, HH series slurry pumps, integrally cast from high-chromium alloy, 4Cr13 stainless steel and other anti-abrasion materials, compatible with both packing seal and mechanical seal structures. Mounted on pump shaft bearing position and impeller side, it realizes axial positioning via precision rabbet, standardizes bearing preload and impeller mounting gap, blocks slurry solids from entering bearing chamber and isolates abrasive medium to protect pump shaft. Widely applied in high-solid abrasive working conditions including mineral processing, coal washing, power plant desulfurization and metallurgical tailing transportation. Full size range available, fully interchangeable with Warman original spare parts.
