The metal impeller is a key power and flow part for slurry pumps, precisely cast and machined from high-chromium alloy, wear-resistant cast iron, stainless steel and other high-performance metal materials. Featuring smooth flow channels, uniform wall thickness and high structural strength, it generates centrifugal force through blade rotation to pressurize and convey solid-liquid mixtures such as mineral slurry, sand, tailings and ash water. Compatible with AH, ZJ, HH, SP and full series of slurry pumps, it is manufactured in strict accordance with original standard dimensions with excellent interchangeability. Widely used in mineral processing, coal washing, power plant desulfurization, metallurgical tailing transportation, river dredging and chemical slurry delivery under severe abrasive working conditions. 3. Product Advantages 1. Excellent wear and impact resistance: Made of high-chromium alloy material, it resists strong scouring and impact from sand and mineral particles, avoiding edge collapse and abrasion, with a much longer service life than ordinary cast iron impellers. 2. High operating efficiency: Precision casting and CNC finishing ensure smooth flow channels with low hydraulic loss, stabilizing pump flow and head and improving overall conveying efficiency. 3. High structural strength and deformation resistance: Dense integral casting provides good toughness and crack resistance, supporting long-term high-load continuous operation without deformation or fracture. 4. Wide compatibility and good interchangeability: Full range of models available with standard dimensions, directly replaceable with original imported and domestic slurry pump impellers without modification. 5. Corrosion resistance for multiple working conditions: The metal base resists acid, alkali and corrosion, adapting to desulfurization slurry, tailing sewage and other corrosive mixed media. 6. Low maintenance cost: Stable operation and uniform wear reduce stalling, vibration and failure frequency, effectively lowering downtime and operation maintenance costs.
