The slurry pump front casing, also known as the cover plate, is a core front pressure-bearing and flow-through component of AH, ZJ, ZGB, HH and series horizontal slurry pumps. It matches the double-shell structure of slurry pumps and forms a complete sealed pump cavity with the rear casing, volute and front liner. The front casing adopts high-strength ductile iron and cast steel as the base material, equipped with replaceable wear-resistant liners of high-chrome alloy, rubber and polyurethane. It is suitable for conveying high-concentration and high-abrasive solid-liquid slurry in mining, coal washing, power plant desulfurization, river dredging and other industrial working conditions. As the key sealing and guiding part at the front end of the pump, it undertakes slurry inlet diversion, cavity sealing and fixing of protection plates and sealing components, isolating slurry erosion on external pump structures. Adopting precision casting and integral heat treatment, all products pass non-destructive testing and pressure inspection with no pores, sand holes or leakage. It is fully compatible with original factory standards, supports multi-angle installation and non-standard customization for replacement and new installation scenarios. (2) Product Advantages 1.
